  • Child care: trusted and reliable caregivers. Address the specific resource that you are for if it’s a highly specific individualized need– helping find providers. Child care providers within your child care areas that have openings that you can access.
  • Elder care: where to begin, assessments, and Alzheimer's. Elder care specialists on the lexington panel.
  • PLUS emotional support counseling for the same situation.

Critical incidents: they come on-site, and help people deal with these situations? Help resolve the immediate impact of the critical incident:
  • Major accident

  • Death of an employee’s family member

Example situation: in another institution, an employee died, and another employee was having trouble figuring out how to react when the employee comes back— what to say, how to react— and they came on site to help them and counsel them through that.
