Workload Tracker

According to our contract, you cannot be required to work more than the weekly numbers of hours specified in your offer letter. You may access the workload tracking log here, if you wish to download copies of any of the templates. If you have any concerns that you might exceed your workload, contact us immediately and a union representative will reach out to you to discuss how you can remedy this situation.

In the Fall and Spring semesters, breakdown of the weekly hours for each appointment percentage is as follows:
  • 20 hours / week - 100% appointment
  • 15 hours / week - 75% appointment
  • 10 hours / week - 50% appointment
  • 5 hours / week - 25% appointment
