About UsBeginning in 2013, graduate employees at UConn decided to unionize due to stagnant wages, increasing workloads, and increasing student fees.

Our Goal
We are a strong member-run, member-led union fighting for the rights of graduate employees and postdocs at the University of Connecticut! In addition to bargaining for better working conditions in a strong contract, we enforce the contract, educate our members about their rights and benefits, and advocate for our workers at the local, state, and federal level.
