A Postdoc who is required by their supervisor to travel as part of their duties may request a University travel card and/or travel advances to directly pay for travel expenses; and will be reimbursed for any expenses not covered by the travel card and/or travel advance in accordance with the applicable University travel policy, as such policy may be changed from time to time.
