Section 1. The parties agree to establish a joint Union-Management Committee composed of up to eight (8) members.
Section 2. Up to four (4) members shall be designated by the University and up to four (4) members designated by the Union. Upon request by one of the Parties, the Committee shall meet to discuss matters affecting Postdocs covered by this Agreement and other related issues that are not the subject of an active grievance. Agendas shall be mutually agreed to at least seven (7) business days prior to the meeting. The Committee may also convene at other times upon mutual agreement. No matter shall be submitted to the Committee once it has been made subject to the grievance or arbitration provision of this Agreement.
